Allen Wayne Weaver, 55, of Holly Springs, MS, passed away Friday, October 7, 2022, peacefully at home in his sleep. Per his wishes there will be no formal service, however, a non-traditional memorial service will be held at CrossPointe Christian Fellowship in Olive Branch, MS on Monday, October 10 at 1:00 o'clock p.m. for a celebration of his life.
Wayne was born March 15, 1967, in Kennesaw, Georgia. He was the son of the late Richard Wayne Weaver and Shirley Mae Wilson Weaver. He retired from One-Stop RV in Olive Branch, MS. He also enjoyed living in Georgia, Virgina, and Mississippi. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Meredith Leigh Weaver of Holly Springs, MS, and by his five children: Byron Weaver and wife Nicole of Mississippi, Kyle Weaver and wife Arianna of Norfolk, Virginia, Ryan Funkhouser and wife Natasha of Mississippi, Austin Funkhouser of Mississippi and Kara Weaver of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by his brother, Rusty Weaver and Wife Dionne of Mississippi, brother Rodney Warr and wife Heather of Virginia, Brian Henderson of Virginia, Dawn Mitchell and husband Lee of Indiana, Pamela Browning and husband James of Georgia, Paulette Henderson of Virginia, foster brothers and sisters too numerous to mention that he thought of as siblings and friends that he felt the same way. Also, by numerous nieces and nephews and his absolutley cherished and beloved grandchildren that he would move heaven and earth for: Everly, Barron, Gunner and Gracie. His beloved bulldogs: Thor, Georgia and G-dog.
His final wishes were that there be no official service or donations but if donations were made to make them out to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital so that this cancer would be eradicated once and for all.
