Mr. Bishop was born November 5, 1946, in Union County to the late William Audie and Beulah Mae Bishop. He received his education from the Macedonia Public School System and was employed in the poly-fill department as long as his health allowed.
A Christian, Mr. Bishop will be remembered for his witty sense of humor, that usually included pranks, and his "not so patient" attitude. His favorite past times included watching westerns, NASCAR, especially Dale Ernhart Sr., riding backroads, and was a antique car enthusiast. One place you could always find him, was in the garden, taking care of his tomatoes.
