Martha "Mott" Mayo Baldwin

Martha Ann Mayo Baldwin, affectionately known as "Mott" was born on October 2, 1953, in New Albany, MS. and passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Thursday morning December 26, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in New Albany. She was the daughter of the late J.T. (Bill) Mayo and Janie Burris Mayo Beaty and a graduate of Ingomar Attendance Center. She will be remembered for the love of her family and enjoyment of needlepoint.

Memories will continue to be cherished by her daughter, Amy Willard of New Albany, sisters, Cathy Jordan of Oxford and Nell Pannell (Scotty) of New Albany, brothers, Jimmy Mayo of New Albany and Jerry Mayo (Margaret) of Hurricane.

In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Baldwin, a son, Jimmy Lee Step, and her sister, Earline Robbins

Mrs. Baldwin had requested cremation and the family request that donations be directed to her sister, Cathy Jordan.
