Rachel Adelia Roberson, 61, resident of Potts Camp, MS, entered into her Heavenly home on September 13, 2025, at Union County Health & Rehab, in New Albany, MS.
Per her request, Mrs. Rachel will be cremated, and no services will be held at this time. The family deeply appreciates all prayers during this season of loss, as their devoted mother, loving grandmother, and cherished friend will greatly be missed.
Born March 13, 1964, in Tennessee, Rachel was the oldest of four children, born to the late Richard and Willie Jean King Chandler. She was a 1982 graduate of Bolivar High School and attended Union University. Much like the roses she adored, her life was filled with beauty, strength, and grace. Her legacy of love for her family will continue to guide and comfort them in the days ahead.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Logan Roberson (Mallory), of Hickory Flat, MS, her daughter, Nicole Brownlee (Chad), of Potts Camp, MS, seven grandchildren, Eli and Cohen Ash, Tatum and Brileigh Brownlee, and Aubrey, Averi, and Molly Roberson, one sister, Marie Baxter (Les), and two brothers, Timmy Chandler (Teresa) and Jim Chandler (Carol).
In addition to her parents, Rachel was preceded in death by one grandson, Paxton Ash.
The family expresses their sincere thanks to Lagacy Hospice and Union County Health & Rehab for the compassionate care shown to Rachel.
New Albany Funeral and Cremation Care invites you to share memories with the Roberson family.
